Martial arts is a safe, fun activity that offers you: * A full body workout that burns
fat and tones muscle. This year, transform yourself with martial arts. No experience is necessary, and beginner classes are forming now. What Students Have Said: I called American Dojo last fall and spoke with Master Konley. Master Konley told me to give it a try even though I was 57 years old. I enjoy the Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Cardio-Kickboxing and the camaraderie. It's helped me to manage my stress, cholesterol, blood pressure, and overall fitness. I've improved my flexibility. I'd recommend martial arts for all ages for building confidence, fitness, and taking part in a great activity with good people.
